Digital signatures for every occasion
Introducing advanced Signatures
With advanced signatures (AES), signees authenticate themselves using government-issued identification matched with AI-powered facial recognition. Advanced signatures are suitable for workflows that require enhanced KYC, such as when transactions carry considerable risk or involve a large amount of funds.
Advanced signatures support over 11.000 different forms of identification documents issued by governments in over 230 countries.

How advanced e-signatures work
The signee receives an email with a link to start the document signing process. A user-friendly interface guides the user through the authentication process step-by-step and lets them know what data they need to have on hand.
If the document recipient starts a signing process using a desktop computer, they are prompted with a QR code to use their mobile phone to complete the identity verification. The signee then takes a photo of their identification using their mobile phone. The ID is authenticated to ensure its legitimacy.
The signee takes a photo of themselves in real time. Artificial intelligence verifies that the person in the selfie is the same as the person on the government-issued ID.
The signer chooses their desired digital signature appearance and receives a code sent via text message to complete the signing.
The signed document is delivered along with the information used to verify the signee’s identity, e.g. the ID photo and selfie submitted during the signing process.
e-signatures with built-in identity verification
In the activity log, you can monitor the progress of the identity verification and signing process. Additionally, you can send reminders to complete signing to keep your processes moving along nicely.

Introducing standard signatures
Standard signatures enable document recipients to sign with nothing but their mobile phone. With standard signatures, two-factor authentication ensures that only the intended recipient can sign your documents.
Standard signatures provide a balance of security and ease of use, making them ideal for known contacts or for signees whose identity has already been verified or is not required.

How standard signatures work

The signed document is delivered along with documented evidence of the signing process. It's that easy.
benefits of standard signatures
Standard signatures utilise the recipient's email and phone number to help ensure only the intended recipient can sign the document.
A certified TSA timestamp ensures that the signing time meets eIDAS guidelines and the document is suitable for long-term preservation.
Finally, the document is electronically sealed to ensure it cannot be manipulated or tampered with after the signing process.
SeamlessLy Integrate With Ease.
Our Rest API’s are a powerful way to build new solutions in your own interface and to integrate with the solutions that are already in operation.
Documents can be sent for signature directly from your own systems, and after signing, the documents and related metadata can be automatically sent back to the document system.
