How fill & sign works

1. Customer locates your form

Customer locates your form on your website, landing page, or other customer-facing channels.

2. Form is filled out

Customer fills out the online form within their browser. Fields such as email and phone number are automatically validated to help avoid errors.

3. Customer signs your form

Customer signs the form using the designated signature type. All the tools and guidance your customer needs to sign electronically are provided within the user-friendly interface.

4. Signed form is delivered

Signed forms are delivered via email and/or directly to your document management system or CRM. Fill & Sign supports integrations with many popular systems as well as connections to proprietary systems.

Forms with a first-party feel

Provide a first-party experience with highly customisable forms tailored to your brand and visual experience. Fill & Sign forms can be easily embedded using iFrames, meaning customers never need to leave your website or customer service portal.

Capture data from various input fields for quicker processing of applications. Input fields can also validate information such as emails and phone numbers to help avoid errors in key information.
